8th Day Farms is a family‑run homestead in Floral City, Florida, built on the belief that good food comes from honest work, healthy animals, and a commitment to caring for the land. We raise free-range eggs, heritage poultry, and New Zealand rabbits for both breeding and USDA‑exempt meat sales – all with hands‑on attention and respect for the animals entrusted to us.
Our farm is small by design. We believe small farms produce better food, stronger animals, and deeper community connections.
Our name comes from the idea that on the “eighth day,” God made a farmer – someone called to cultivate, steward, and care for creation.
